 Jeff Roberts, President, is responsible for research and development, production, and customer service along with his executive duties. Fourteen years of specializing in mechanical shaft seals greatly benefits our new seal design program. Jeff is a martial arts instructor and enjoys riding his motorcycle year-round in central Florida.

 Dale Miller, Shop Manager, responsible for production, assembly, and overall quality control of all new and reconditioned products. With over 10 years in seal reconditioning experience. Dale also moonlights as a chef specializing in italian cuisine.

 Robin Stopper, Office Manager, handles all administrative duties as well as A/R, A/P, and shipping schedules. She works closely with the president and shop manager to co-ordinate customers seal needs. Robin also has 16 years experience operating her own business and enjoys traveling, gardening and horseback riding in her spare time.
